DESCRIPTION
This is the routine I always end up going back to when I want to get diced
→ start the day with eggs
Natures multivitamin. Easy way to get a hit of protein in the morning
Paired them sweet potato “toast” here
Nice change from the usual sourdough and sweet potatoes are a v nutrient dense carb source
Added some feta as well to bring the flavour up a bit
Hit the gym a few hours later (wait to digest)
→ post-workout
Chicken burrito in whole meal wrap. High protein, high fibre, fast to make. Baked in airfryer to make it even better.
→ dinner
Big ribeye with rice and veg
I recommend rotating protein sources through the day. Eggs, chicken, beef, whey etc. You will of course be fine if you don’t do this. But keeps things more interesting and you get different nutrient profiles
→ finish the day with something sweet
This is key for me. Kills cravings and gives you something to look forward to.
