This one thing was killing my sleep quality
Took me a while to figure it out
I also wanna say eating late at night isn’t the worst thing in the world, and won’t really effect fat loss if you’re in a deficit
But it tends to lower our sleep quality, which will have a knock on effect on training, performance and therefore fat loss
Try out finishing your last meal earlier 😴
